40.1 Family Planning Only Services Program

 

 

BadgerCare Plus Family Planning Only Services program (FPOSFamily Planning Only Services - This plan provides certain services and supplies to people who are of childbearing or reproductive age to prevent unplanned pregnancies.) provides limited benefits for family planning services for women and men with income at or below 300% of the FPL (under non-MAGIApply to households whose eligibility is determined using BadgerCare Plus relationship rules (prior to March 31, 2014) to budget income for a household prior to transitioning to MAGI BadgerCare Plus budgeting rules. rules) or 306% FPL (under MAGIModified Adjusted Gross Income. Individuals who are eligible for (FPOSFamily Planning Only Services - This plan provides certain services and supplies to people who are of childbearing or reproductive age to prevent unplanned pregnancies.) may be eligible to receive more than one limited benefit program.   These include:  

 

  1. Tuberculosis-related (MEH 25.7)

 

  1. Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (MEH 32.2)
  1. Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary (MEH 32.3).

  In certain circumstances, women enrolled in FPOS may be eligible for the Wisconsin Well Woman Medicaid plan.  (See MEH chapter 36)
