To receive a Medicaid extension, a person must meet 2 requirements:
His/her AFDC-Medicaid closure must be due solely to 1 or more of the extension reasons listed in (5.6.3).
S/he must be an AFDC-Medicaid recipient at the time AFDC-Medicaid closes (5.6.4).
