The client must report within ten days all changes to income Income is anything you receive in cash or in kind that you can use to meet your needs for food, clothing, and shelter., household composition, allowable deductions and other non-financial changes, including loss of employment, which affect eligibility. The IM worker should re-determine eligibility as a result of the changes. If it is determined that s/he remains eligible for MAPP The Medicaid Purchase Plan (MAPP) offers people with disabilities who are working or interested in working the opportunity to obtain health care coverage through the Wisconsin Medicaid Program. and owes a premium, recalculate the premium amount.
The effective date of a change that results in a reduced premium or no premium is the month of change or the month of report, whichever is later. If the change results in no premium, you may have to run eligibility with dates in CARES Client Assistance for Re-employment & Economic Support for the month the change occurred or was reported (which ever is later) and any subsequent months as well as for recurring.
