If the client prepaid a deductible and then becomes eligible for MAPP The Medicaid Purchase Plan (MAPP) offers people with disabilities who are working or interested in working the opportunity to obtain health care coverage through the Wisconsin Medicaid Program. without a premium, s/he can only get a refund of the prepayment if the deductible period has not started. Use the Community Aids Reporting System ( CARS ) to report the accounting.
