5.1 Queue Voicemail

This section provides an overview of voicemail. Discuss your agency’s specific voicemail handling processes with your supervisor, as processes may vary. Select the help button in the bottom left corner of the window for help text specific to this view.

Queue voicemails display as incoming interactions.

  1. Select the interaction (the same as for an incoming call.
  2. Click the play button to listen to the voicemail.
Note: Anyone with access to the queue can see or listen to the voicemails in that queue.

You can forward voicemails and return calls from a voice mail.
