If during the second party review an error is identified, corrective action must be taken to correct the case. This action may include:
A re-determination, restoration, or termination of FS and/or Healthcare eligibility.
Requesting verification or additional information from the client or a third party.
Initiating benefit recovery when it is determined that an overpayment occurred and meets the criteria for a recoverable error.
Issuing a FS auxiliary or Healthcare eligibility if an underpayment has occurred.
