Selecting Cases from the DHFS Sample for Review
 

  1. Log on to the IMQA review tool at  https://www.dwd.state.wi.us/dwsfsqa/ .
     

  2. Click on the "2nd Party Reviews” hyperlink on the far-left side of the screen under "FS/MA 2nd Party”.
     

  3. A "Menu” appears on the far-left side of the screen.  Click on the "Select Cases" option.
     

  4. The "Second Party Review Search Sample”  appears.  The "Agency" field  on the Second Party Review Search Sample is displayed based on the agencies, for which the reviewer has access.  See chart below:

    Agency name will default.

    Reviewers in Consortiums

    A drop down box for all the counties in the consortium.

    State Staff

    A drop down box for all agencies.

     

    Click on the "Search" button below the "Agency"  and "Supervisory Unit"  fields to display the agency sample list for that agency.

    You can narrow your search by entering a supervisory unit number.  When you click on the "Search" button the sample list for that unit number will display.

     

  5. The "Select Case” sample list will appear for your agency.  This list will include the following information for your selection.

    1. Primary Worker ID =

      Displays the worker assigned to the case.
       

    2. Confirmation Worker ID =

      Displays the last worker to confirm the benefits being review.
       

    1. Case Number =

      Displays the CARES case number.
       

    1. Review Type =

      Displays the type of program or category of benefit the case is open for.
       

    2. Selection Type =

      Displays "Regular Sample" for the DHFS-generated sample or "Manual Sample" for cases manually selected by the agency.
       

    3. Sample Date =

      Displays the month the case is included in the count for the required number of reviews the agency must complete.

       

  6. To select cases for review click on the check-box at the far-left side of the case listing.  DO NOT check off cases that you do not intend to review.  Once a case is submitted it will remain in the "In Progress" status and will not be deleted at the next sample pull.  Once you have selected the cases to review,  click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.  
     

  7. Once you click on "Submit” you will be taken to a screen called"Selected Cases” which displays all the cases you have chosen from the sample list.   
     

  8. From this screen, if you click on a case number hyperlink, you will be taken to the beginning of the second party review tool, the "Case Detail” screen.
