The Review Summary Page summarize the status of the review. This page can be printed and provided to the case worker when follow up is required on a case.
To print the Review Summary page click on "Printer Friendly Version" found at the bottom and top of the summary page.
The reviewer must indicate at the bottom of the Summary Page whether worker follow up is required.
The reviewer's answer to the "Worker Follow-up required" question determines "review" status displayed on the Case Details Page.
The following list details response options to "Worker Follow-up required" and the effect of the response on "review status".
Blank or No answer
When this field is left blank, the case "review" status on the Case Details Page will remain "In Progress." The "review" status on the Case Details Page will not change to "complete" until the reviewer either selects No or Yes to the "Worker Follow-up required" question and follows the descriptions detailed below.
No
No worker follow-up is needed. Entering "No" and clicking "next" will change the "review" status on Case Details Page to "complete".
