Cases will be retained for 60 days instead of 30 days.
The sample month indicator has been added to the selection page to help identify current month's samples from the previous month's sample.
A case can be selected for review once every six months.
Once a case is selected it will no longer appear on the Sample selection page.
A new field has been added to the Case Detail Page to display the category of assistance ( i.e. EBD, FS/AFDC MA/HS). The Category of assistance will also display on the header of other pages.
A new field has been added to the case detail screen to display if the sample was selected for review due to intake, review or on going benefit confirmed in the month prior to the sample month.
Logic has been corrected to pick up the latest confirmation row of information which was confirmed in the month prior to the sample month.
OVR (override) will display if the override MA amount/override converted amount function is used for eligibility on the employment screen.
The type of disregard will display for (503, DAC, WW) in the tool.
Both Child support obligation and expenses paid amount will display on the expenses page.
Day care and Child support paid amounts will be the only expenses displayed for Family MA.
Shelter, utility, and insurance premiums will not be brought over for Family MA.
All expense display issues have been corrected.
The Expense page logic has been corrected to allow a reviewer to code an expense as incorrect and code other expenses as correct, and vice versa.
1. Verified assets will be displayed at the AG level, not at the individual level.
2. The following assets will display if data exists in CARES and has been verified.
• Burial assets
• Life insurance assets
• Liquid assets
• Lump-sum assets
• Personal Property assets
• Real Property assets
• Vehicle assets
• Total Assets
3. Assets will no longer be rounded up in the tool.
Nature code has been removed from the findings pages.
