The WI Funeral and Cemetery Aids Program (WFCAP) Manual is divided into 5 sections:  

1. Administration and Eligibility

This section describes how the WFCAP is administered and who qualifies for the benefits of this program.

2. Reimbursement

This section describes the reimbursement policies for the WFCAP.

3. Verification

This section describes the verification requirements for the WFCAP.

4.  Discretion in Approving Payments

This section describes the discretion that can be exercised by the local agency economic support worker when processing a reimbursement request.

5  Instructions for Processing a Reimbursement Request

This section provides instruction to the local agency on how to process a  HCF 10141  “Wisconsin Funeral and Cemetery Aids Program Reimbursement Request”  form.
