ACCESS connects the people in Wisconsin with the help they need when they need it.
People can use the ACCESS website to apply for health care programs, food help, and many other benefits programs with one application. Once enrolled, members can use the ACCESS website for these functions and more:
Note | KBM is not available in ACCESS for renewals and change reports and must be conducted with the Katie Beckett Medicaid agency. |
The ACCESS website works best in the following browsers:
People may experience problems if they use Internet Explorer, Safari, or older versions of Microsoft Edge.
Note: | To avoid errors when using the ACCESS website, people should use the Next, Back, or Save and Exit buttons in ACCESS to move from page to page instead of using the forward, back, or stop buttons on their browser. |
If people have questions about the ACCESS website or experience any problems when using the ACCESS website, they can call ForwardHealth Member Services, at 800-362-3002, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
