40.1 Family Planning Only Services

The Family Planning Only Services Program provides limited benefits for family planning services for women and men with income at or below 306% of the FPLFederal Poverty Level and who are:

  1. Of child bearing or reproductive age, and
  2. Not enrolled in BadgerCare Plus or receiving other full-benefit Medicaid.

Individuals who are eligible for the Family Planning Only Services Program may be eligible to receive more than one limited benefit program. These include:

In certain circumstances, women enrolled in the Family Planning Only Services Program may be eligible for the Wisconsin Well Woman Medicaid plan (see Medicaid Eligibility Handbook, Chapter 36 WWWMA).
