Nonpayment of a MAPP premium will result in nonfinancial ineligibility for an adult age 19 or older (see Section 26.5 MAPP Premiums).
Nonpayment of a Home and Community-Based Waivers cost share will result in nonfinancial ineligibility for an adult age 19 or older (see Section 28.1 HCBWLTC Eligibility Groups and Cost Sharing).
Members under age 19 cannot lose their health care during their 12-month continuous coverage period for failure to pay a premium or cost share (see Section 1.2 Continuous Coverage for Qualifying Children).
